The success of Seedrioru is thanks to the hours of volunteer help from hundreds of people. Due to covid restrictions our “Volunteer work weekends” were cancelled, but the work still needs to be done both indoors and outside.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?:
Please email talgud@seedrioru.com to inquire about jobs to do or what jobs require your help.
An appointed work organizer will meet you on site for any questions, or if you need help or suggestions as to what needs to be done most urgently on that day.
If you would like to paint..please bring brushes and wear appropriate clothing
If you wish to garden, please bring garden tools
If you wish to do carpentry,…etc …
… please come prepared for whatever you plan to do.
WHERE DO I GO?:
Please drive to the main hall and check the table inside for jobs. Sign the book to register your participation. Start working.
WHEN CAN I COME?:
Come and help whenever you can…ANY day during the week, or on weekends.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?:
We are preparing for our most important function, our Children’s Day Camp.
The other equally important reason is we hope that your love for Seedrioru will inspire you to help us with the continuous maintenance and upgrading of the premises for your enjoyment. We ask that everyone contributes their resources, time and help, according to their talent and ability so that all of the buildings and surrounding parkland can look absolutely stunningly beautiful by the time we are all able to gather again….hopefully in September!
Together we continue the traditions of Seedrioru and continue to connect with our past while making new friends.
At Seedrioru, we work together to preserve and honor our Estonian heritage, language, traditions and culture on a site dedicated to our future generations.
See you all soon!
